Refunds and cancellations are subject to certain conditions. Please read carefully to understand our policies. 

 

Refunds

To request a refund for any reason, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your order—

  • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
  • Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of products sold on Chow and the COVID-19 pandemic, returns are not accepted. 

 

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees at any time before the item is shipped 

The process is simple on a browser or in the app—

  1. Login to your account on Chow
  2. Select Orders in the menu 
  3. Choose Your Orders 
  4. Select the order you’d like to cancel
  5. On the Order page, select Cancel order

You can only cancel an order before shipment. To cancel after shipment, reach out to Chow Support by emailing [email protected]

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Chow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages My Website

Chow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
