Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Missing items that were charged on the final receipt.
  • Products that are damaged, defective, contaminated, spoiled, or otherwise unusable upon arrival.
  • Orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.

Approved refunds are processed promptly. However, it may take up to 10–14 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of wellness, hemp-derived, and consumable products and related health and safety concerns, returns are generally not accepted, except under the following conditions:

  • Products must be factory-sealed, unused, and unopened.
  • Return requests must be approved in advance by Chow420 Support.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Processing Time: Refunds for approved returns are typically completed within 3–4 weeks after receipt and inspection of returned items.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not entered processing.
  • Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible due to fulfillment timelines.

Post-Shipment Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may pursue eligible refunds in accordance with this Policy.

Age Verification and Refunds

For age-restricted products:

  • Customers must successfully complete age verification before order fulfillment.
  • Orders may be canceled or refunded if age verification cannot be completed prior to shipment.
  • Orders are not eligible for refund if age verification is refused or falsified.

Underage purchase or use of age-restricted products is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to purchase these products if you are under the legal age.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Chow420.com is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or similar charges imposed by governmental authorities. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Lost Packages

Chow420.com is not liable for products damaged, delayed, or lost during carrier transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify Chow420 Support promptly. Retain all packaging and contents for verification.

Domestic and International Shipping

Chow420.com currently ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
