Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Missing items that were charged on the final receipt.
- Products that are damaged, defective, contaminated, spoiled, or otherwise unusable upon arrival.
- Orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.
Approved refunds are processed promptly. However, it may take up to 10–14 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of wellness, hemp-derived, and consumable products and related health and safety concerns, returns are generally not accepted, except under the following conditions:
- Products must be factory-sealed, unused, and unopened.
- Return requests must be approved in advance by Chow420 Support.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Processing Time: Refunds for approved returns are typically completed within 3–4 weeks after receipt and inspection of returned items.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not entered processing.
- Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible due to fulfillment timelines.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may pursue eligible refunds in accordance with this Policy.

Age Verification and Refunds
For age-restricted products:
- Customers must successfully complete age verification before order fulfillment.
- Orders may be canceled or refunded if age verification cannot be completed prior to shipment.
- Orders are not eligible for refund if age verification is refused or falsified.
Underage purchase or use of age-restricted products is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to purchase these products if you are under the legal age.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or regulatory reviews.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Chow420.com is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or similar charges imposed by governmental authorities. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Lost Packages
Chow420.com is not liable for products damaged, delayed, or lost during carrier transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify Chow420 Support promptly. Retain all packaging and contents for verification.
Domestic and International Shipping
Chow420.com currently ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Fraud Prevention and Unauthorized Transactions
Important Notice: Chow420.com is not responsible for transactions conducted outside its official platform at https://chow420.com. Purchases made through third-party websites, social media, or unofficial channels are not recognized.
Chow420.com will never request direct bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments, gift cards, or off-platform payments. All legitimate purchases must be completed through our secure checkout system.
Compliance-Related Refund Limitations
Addendum effective: 17 May 2026. This Addendum is incorporated into and made a part of this Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
1. Buyer-due-diligence requirement
Every product page and the Chow420 home page display a free Compliance Calculator powered by ChowIndex that grades the listing against the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and the live statute in your selected state. By completing checkout you confirm that you (a) selected your accurate delivery state in the calculator, (b) reviewed the resulting verdict (“Allowed,” “Restricted,” or “Verify locally”) and any cannabinoid-specific flags, (c) reviewed the linked state hemp law page, and (d) determined to your own satisfaction that the order is lawful for you to receive. See the Compliance Tools & Buyer Due-Diligence Addendum in our Terms & Conditions for the full duty.
2. Orders placed against a “Restricted” or “Verify locally” verdict
Orders placed after the Compliance Calculator returned a “Restricted,” “Fail,” or “Verify locally” verdict for the buyer’s delivery state are final sale. Chow420 will not issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or return for such orders, including but not limited to situations in which the package is:
- seized, interdicted, returned to sender, or destroyed by a state, local, or federal authority;
- refused, signed for by an underage individual, or rejected at delivery;
- subject to a fine, penalty, or enforcement action against the buyer; or
- otherwise undeliverable for reasons connected to the buyer’s state hemp law.
3. Carrier seizures & state interdictions on “Allowed” orders
Even where the Compliance Calculator returned an “Allowed” verdict, Chow420 cannot guarantee carrier delivery or state non-interference. Where a shipment is seized, lost, or destroyed in transit by a carrier or governmental authority, refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and Damages and Lost Packages sections above. We will work with the carrier in good faith to file claims where applicable.
4. Changes in law between order and delivery
Hemp law in the United States changes frequently. The Compliance Calculator’s verdict is a snapshot taken at the moment you clicked. If the law in your delivery state changes between the time you place your order and the time your shipment arrives, Chow420 is not liable for the resulting non-conformity, and refunds for that reason are at Chow420’s sole discretion. Where Chow420 becomes aware of a relevant change before the order ships, Chow420 may, at its option, cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
5. Calculator inaccuracies
The Compliance Calculator is provided AS-IS and may contain inaccuracies, stale data, or misclassifications, as described in the Terms & Conditions. Buyers are required to verify the verdict against primary sources (the state Department of Agriculture, Department of Health, Attorney General’s office, or qualified legal counsel) before relying on it. Chow420 will consider, on a case-by-case basis and in its sole discretion, refund requests where a documented and material calculator error caused a buyer to receive a product that was unlawful in their state at the time of order. Any such remedy is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
6. Age-verification refusals & underage shipments
Chow420 enforces a universal 21+ age gate. Orders refused at delivery for failed or refused ID verification are governed by the Age Verification and Refunds section above. Orders placed using a falsified date of birth or identity are voidable at Chow420’s sole discretion and are not refundable.
7. Order of precedence
In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the body of the Refund Policy above, this Addendum controls with respect to compliance-related refund requests. All other refund scenarios continue to be governed by the body of the Policy.
